*Try this: Just after a bath or shower, while skin is still damp, rub a few pumps of oil in the palm of your hands and bring to your nose to inhale deeply…exhale completely. Starting at the feet apply with quick long strokes up your legs, across your hips and behind, around your belly & breasts (chest), upwards on your neck, and down along your arms and the back of your hands. Now starting at the feet take some time to blend into your flesh, working your way up your glorious body, adding another pump of oil if needed.
