Items ordered and paid for will process within 3 days from when the order is received, unless otherwise noted.
All orders will receive a shipping confirmation email once the package has been shipped.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect goods once they are en route to you.
Please note that Sheswai is not responsible for packages that may have been lost or stolen after delivery confirmation has been made.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Each component of our sacred bundles are lovingly put together by hand. Some of the pieces (candles, smokewands, oils, herbal blends) are handmade and all natural so each order may vary slightly. 

We pride ourselves in making sure you are absolutely happy with your order. If you have any problems, please contact us at info.sheswai.com and we will do everything we can to make it right. We will happily replace any damaged items provided they are reported within 48 hours of order delivery.

For items received broken upon receipt, and are not a result of the recipient's handling may qualify for return or refund, provided they are reported within 48 hours of order delivery.
